Fulfillment policy.

Refund Policy:

Due to the digital nature of our fitness coaching programs, ebooks, and downloadable products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis for duplicate purchases, merch or billing errors. Please contact us at coach@slaysfit.com within 7 days of your purchase for assistance.

Shipping or Delivery Policy:

All digital products and coaching services are delivered electronically via email or through your client portal. You will receive access instructions immediately or within 24 hours of purchase. Physical merchandise, if offered, will be shipped via standard ground shipping and may take 5–10 business days within North America. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Currently, we ship physical products within Canada and the U.S.

Return Policy and Process:

We do not accept returns on digital products or services. If you purchase physical merchandise (e.g., apparel), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, email coach@slaysfit.com with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy:

For subscription-based coaching services, you may cancel at any time by contacting coach@slaysfit.com at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. One-time program purchases and one-on-one posing sessions are non-cancellable after payment has been made.
